Yes, our ring are waterproof. Please avoid chemicals (like chlorine) and harsh cleaners as well as salt water. If your ring looses its luster we will renew it for you, if you send it back and pay the shipping.
Wide Rings will fit tighter then narrow ones, when determining your size, let your jeweler know the width of the ring you are sizing for. We always send you the size you order (as our tools are incredibly precise, using digital micrometers with .0001 tolerances).
Titanium rings and Wood rings can only be resized larger, up to 1/4 a size. If for some reason you've ordered the wrong size... We do offer a one-time sizing ring exchange option available for 10 days after receiving your ring, at a cost of 50 % of the original store price, (sales or discounts not included)(return the ring you have).
If your ring fails do to material defect or workmanship we will repair or replace it. Ring must be returned so we can determan the cause.
We accept returns for any refinishing, repair, damage or material flaw. We at Ancient Works consider all of our rings CUSTOM do to the fact that we individually handmake each ring for each customer to their unique size, width and any other choices.

If for valid reason you are unhappy with your purchase we do offer an in store credit only. We do not offer a return on your money.
